Mr Turb\u00e9k currently serves as his country\u2019s Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations and other International Organizations in Geneva. Between 2020-2023, he acted as Director of the Department of International Organizations at the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Since 2022, he\u2019s been acting as Head of Delegation in the Committee on Artificial Intelligence (CAI) set up by the Council of Europe to draft the first-ever international treaty regulating AI, human right, democracy and the rule of law. Mr Turb\u00e9k also had the privilege to co-chair the Policy Development Group of the Council of Europe\u2019s Ad Hoc Committee on Artificial Intelligence (CAHAI) during 2019-2021.
